We recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. A credit card or gift card number may be required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. We may hold this information in our secure system as part of our cancellation policies and only make necessary charges to your account on the date of your scheduled service. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment.
Prices and Services
Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment. Consultation with your technician, disrobing and discussions after your treatment are included as part of the duration of your scheduled session.
Ohm Lifestyle Center continually strives to provide excellent service to all our clients. In order to do so, we have instituted strict and enforced “Cancellation and No-Show Policies” to protect both our business and our clients. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows leave openings in our schedules that cannot be filled.
Clients who cancel appointments without at least 24 business hours advance notice, will be considered a “Late-Cancel.” Clients who do not show up for their reserved appointment will be considered a “No-Show.” Both Late Cancel and No Shows are required to pay 100% of the scheduled services reserved. Should this be the case, we will contact you to request payment. Ohm is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM and closed on weekends.
We understand emergency situations arise from time to time, however, we have seen an increase in no-shows and late cancellation notices, and it is affecting our clients who are on our waiting list or who have a need to reschedule their appointments in advance.
Additionally, when appointments are missed, Ohm’s staff misses out on the opportunity to fill their schedules with clients who are on a cancellation list. This dramatically impacts staff income as they are not paid an hourly wage; their income is derived by the scheduled appointment. There is also an overall effect on Ohm’s business when we turn away other clients for times that are reserved.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we strive to best serve the needs of all our clients. We value your business and we hope that you understand our position.
Parties of five or more will be scheduled with a group coordinator. A Spa Service Agreement will be created to secure booking arrangements and may require a deposit.
We kindly ask that you turn your cell phones, walkie-talkies, or other electronic devices to silent mode upon arrival. Remember to speak in very soft tones once you enter the spa. Please inform your therapist should you need to make a phone call so that you may do so without disturbing other guests. Cell phone use may affect the length of your spa services.
We ask that you please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests.
Gift Card Policy
Gift cards are available in any amount and may be purchased at the front desk, on our website, www.ohmlifestyle.com, or by calling 603- 515-9923. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift cards even if lost, misplaced or stolen. Gift cards cannot be redeemed as cash and can only be redeemed on full-priced services and products. Gift cards must be mentioned when making your appointment.
Gratuity is not included in the price of services, customary tipping runs 15% to 20% but is, of course, at your discretion.
Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home. Ohm Lifestyle Center LLC is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
Spa specials cannot be used in combination with any other offer, promotions or gift certificates.
Amenities are available by appointment only. We ask that you leave the amenity area in good order and use hampers, hangers, lockers, etc to maintain the quality of our amenity center. Please remember to keep noise level low when opening and closing doors, drawers, etc. as to not distract other guests.
If any product is found to be defective within 14 days, we will replace the product at no additional cost. If a returned item is unopened, unused and non-perishable, we will be happy to refund your purchase price on an Ohm gift card. As many of our products are natural and do not contain preservatives, we are unable to offer refunds any perishable items. Also, we are unable to process any refund or reimburse charges for any treatment series that are purchased.
